001 What currency are the prices in?
All prices are listed in USD.
002 Do you have a physical storefront?
At the moment, GRIME STATE operates exclusively online through grimestate.com.

003 Who are GRIME STATE garments designed for?
GRIME STATE is built for those drawn to dystopian clothing, post-apo silhouettes, darkwear, cyberpunk tech, military utility, distressed denim, and post-industrial patchwork.
Our pieces are rooted in menswear and alternative utility, but they are made for anyone who dresses with intent after the rules stop working.

004 Where can you ship to?
We provide worldwide shipping to most international locations, currently including 169 countries.
005 Where do you ship from?
We ship from warehouses in the U.S., Europe, Australia, Canada and Asia. Where your order ships from depends on the items in it.
006 What are your delivery options and shipping costs?
We partner with DHL, SF Express and USPS. Orders are typically fulfilled in 2–4 days.
- Standard shipping: 5–10 business days after dispatch. Free for orders over $159; $9 otherwise.
- Expedited shipping: 3–5 business days after dispatch. The current rate is $59, shown at checkout.
For expedited shipments, DHL tracking numbers are generally provided about 3 days after dispatch. Please see our Shipping Policy for details.
007 How do returns and exchanges work?
Request eligible returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery through our returns portal. With Checkout+ purchased at checkout, eligible returns and exchanges for the covered order are unlimited and free. Without Checkout+, return shipping costs may apply. See our Returns & Exchanges policy for conditions.
008 Why has my order still not shipped?
Orders are typically shipped within 2–4 days. If your order has not shipped by then, contact contact@grimestate.com with your order number.
009 How do I track my order?
You can monitor your shipment through our Order Tracking page.

010 Do I need to pay customs fees?
US & Canada: Tax and duty free. EU: Tax and VAT free. For other international destinations, duties and import taxes may be collected upon delivery.

🧱 Stock Remains
Restocks, sold-out pieces, and products that have left the wasteland for good.
012 Will sold-out products be restocked?
About 40% of sold-out products are restocked within 2 - 3 weeks. You can sign up for restock notifications through the button on the product page.
If you can no longer find the product on our website, it is most likely permanently out of stock.
